What method of payment is accepted?
We accept Cash, Checks, Money Orders, Mastercard and Visa
How can I minimize glass glare?
Our photographers do their best to minimize glass glare. However, in the majority of cases it cannot be eliminated; wearing frames with no lenses works best.
Are late orders accepted?
Yes. Turn in your order envelope to us within a week after Picture Day and your package will be delivered to the school with the other orders. There is a $10 late fee for orders received after a week.
When will I receive my pictures?
Approximately 3 weeks after Picture Day.
Are my photos copyrighted?
Yes. All images taken by Professional School Imaging are fully protected by federal copyright law. Any individual, who violates the law by duplicating an original, wallet print, or any part of a photo from PSI, will be subject to prosecution. We take this law seriously. Do not take a costly chance – purchase your photos from the photography company who created them.
How can I order more photos?
Order online by clicking on “View My Photos” or mail in the Reorder Form located on the back of your package envelope that your pictures were delivered in.
What should I do if I’m not satisfied with my pictures?
We would be happy to retake your photo. Return your complete package inside the original envelope it was delivered in, to the photographer on the scheduled Retake Day (date to be announced at school). There is no charge for retakes. If you are unavailable to attend your scheduled Retake Day, retakes are available at Donette Studio every Friday in October – December, 4:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. (no appointment needed). Please note: there is a $15 charge for ID card photos taken at Donette Studio.
If you would like a full refund, please return your complete package inside the original envelope it was delivered in to Professional School Imaging, within 10 days from when packages were delivered to the school. Please include your name, address, daytime phone number, purchase amount and reason for return. Mail it in an envelope marked to: PSI – Refunds, 4165 Hannegan Road, Bellingham, WA 98226. Refunds will be mailed in approximately 3 weeks.
What should I do if my package is incorrect?

What should I do if my pictures are missing or lost?
First, please verify with your bank or credit card company to see if your payment has gone through. If payment has not cleared, please contact us via email at schoolpic@donette.com or by phone 360-738-9227 or toll free 800-371-3671, extension 118, Tuesday – Friday, 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. If your payment has cleared, did you first check the “usual” places that you or your child may have put your pictures? They may have been misplaced or left somewhere at school, so have you already checked with your child’s teacher and the school office? Please allow at least 3-5 days after packages have been delivered to school before contacting us.
What should I do if my pictures are damaged?
If there is a flaw on your photo, due to our printing process (white or dark spots on photo, discoloration, lines printed through photo, etc.), please contact us via email at schoolpic@donette.com or by phone 360-738-9227 or toll free 800-371-3671, extension 118, Tuesday – Friday, 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. If your pictures were damaged due to personal reasons, they can be reprinted at the original purchase price.
